Tire cord fabric is the skeleton of the tire. It is divided into two kinds: weft cord and weft curtain.
The former is usually made of thick and strong curtain line, thin and powerful low, made of woven fabric. The meridians bear the full load of the tire, and the weft line is only used to connect the meridians uniformly. The latter is a curtain that has no parallel. The main requirements of curtain fabric are high strength, fatigue resistance. The fiber materials for the cord are cotton, rayon and steel wire.
